This is a compilation of sound healing from different relaxing sound recordings I was guided to, I didn’t create any of these sounds, but I have included my own remote shamanic healing in the video.
There is a bell to begin and end the session. Make sure you’re hydrated before starting this session. Close your eyes, go deeply into the healing space and allow this method of healing to wash over you.
Mental, emotional, physical & spiritual transformation, release & support.
This healing can affect all levels; the physical body, the emotional level, the mental level, the spiritual level, the energetic level, the environment, relationships and much more.
Everything we do in these sessions are under the laws of grace. Make sure you’re comfortable and in a place you won’t be disturbed for the session. You may notice sensations during the session as part of the healing process, for example heat.
Be careful not to do too much healing at one time, as this can cause a healing crisis; bringing up too many issues from the subconscious with too much to process and integrate. Allow yourself some space and time to integrate the healing which could be a few hours, days or weeks.
