Unstable Planes of Existence 

This information comes from my guidance.

1. Astral plane – unstable in 3 ways
2. Spiritual plane – unstable in 5 ways
3. Emotional plane – unstable in 3 ways
4. Etheric Plane – unstable in 1 way
5. Metaphysical Realm – Don’t need to know how many ways
6. The Middle World

This is why we need full protection going into these realms, and to cleanse ourselves when we come back from these journeys.

There are other places we might not want to go or be taken to, so we need to make sure we are connected to our guides, our guardian angel, our higher self, our power animals, source, divine mother, Archangel Michael and the directions (The Spirit of the North, East, South, West, Father Sky, Mother Earth & everything around us).

We can connect with our higher self and guides with intention, whenever we feel the need for some healing or guidance, and honour them with burning sage or ceremonial tobacco, or whatever else you feel or find out that they would like.
