I will gently guide you through the classic stages of the Hero’s Journey, helping you identify where you are on your path. - Spiritual Messages & Card Readings
Throughout your journey, I will channel messages for you from great spirit, offering guidance and clarity on your unique path. Using oracle or shamanic cards, we’ll gain further insight into the obstacles you face, illuminating your path and any hidden influences. - Energetic Clearing & Healing
As you encounter challenges or old patterns, I will facilitate energetic clearing and healing, supporting you to release what no longer serves and to step into your power. This may include sound healing, crystal work, or other shamanic techniques tailored to your needs. - Opening With a Sacred Space
We begin by creating a safe, sacred environment and setting your intention for the journey. - Guided Hero’s Journey Meditation
I lead you through a visualization or shamanic journey, mapping your experience to the Hero’s Journey stages (call to adventure, crossing the threshold, trials, transformation, and return). - Integration & Closing
We reflect on your journey / session, discuss practical steps for integration, and close the session with gratitude and grounding.
